Genotyping Service for Linkage Analysis

In 2001, the Department for Human Genetics of the UMC St Radboud has started a genotyping service for linkage analysis. Its objective is to aid researchers within and outside the department in localising susceptibility genes for heritable diseases. The staff of this central facility can process genomewide scans from the moment DNA has been isolated up to the statistical analysis of the results.
